1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between soda88 ("soda88", "we", "us" or "our") and any individual ("User", "you" or "your") who accesses, registers with or uses any service, content, tool, promotional offer or account feature made available through the soda88 platform located at https://soda88.lat.

Access to soda88 Services is subject to the following eligibility conditions, each of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the period that an Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times of use. soda88 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person of sound legal capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships and automated entities may not register an Account.

Identity verification, including the submission of a valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Malaysian passport or driving licence) and a recent proof-of-address document, may be required before withdrawals are approved.

4 Acceptable Use

Users agree to access and use the soda88 Platform exclusively for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action:

• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, macros or any software designed to interact with the Platform without direct and genuine human input.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting or coordinated exploitation of an odds error or system miscalculation.
• Exploiting any confirmed or suspected technical error, pricing mistake or miscalculation, whether discovered accidentally or deliberately sought.
• Using another person's Account, payment method or personal credentials without their explicit consent.
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or attempting to use soda88 Services for the purpose of money laundering.

soda88 employs detection systems to identify unusual betting patterns, account activity and payment behaviour. Flagged Accounts may be suspended pending investigation. Results of bets placed in breach of these conditions may be voided at soda88's sole discretion.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

soda88 supports a range of Malaysian payment channels. Available deposit and withdrawal methods may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and supported debit or credit cards. Method availability is subject to change without notice.

• Personal ownership: All payment methods used must be registered in the Account holder's own legal name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum amounts: Applicable minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed at the time of transaction. soda88 may adjust these limits periodically.
• Processing times: E-wallet withdrawals may be processed in a matter of minutes after internal approval; bank transfers may take longer. Published timeframes are indicative targets and not contractual guarantees.
• Currency: Account balances are expressed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a specific currency feature states otherwise.
• Verification holds: Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC, satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements or a routine security review. soda88 is not liable for delays caused by incomplete verification.
• Fees: soda88 does not impose transaction processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
• Declined transactions: soda88 cannot guarantee acceptance of any specific payment method and is not responsible for transaction failures attributable to a User's bank or payment provider.

6 Promotional Offers and Bonus Terms

soda88 may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, cashback programmes, referral rewards, birthday bonuses and other incentives from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms. General bonus conditions applicable across all soda88 promotions include the following:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered the stated number of times (typically between X10 and X30 of the bonus amount) before a withdrawal request will be processed. For example, a MYR 100 bonus at X15 requires MYR 1,500 in qualifying wagers.
• Maximum bet: While Bonus Funds remain active, the maximum single wager is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing bets above this cap during a bonus period may result in the offer being voided.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games commonly contribute 100%, while live table games may contribute 10% to 20%. Excluded games contribute 0%.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering progress expire after the period stated in the individual offer — commonly 7, 14 or 30 days from the date of credit. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account.
• Sticky bonuses: Certain promotions are designated "sticky", meaning the Bonus Funds themselves cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings derived from the bonus may be eligible for withdrawal once requirements are met.

By placing a bet or wager, Users agree to be bound by the applicable game rules as well as these Terms.

• Bets placed on markets that have already been settled, events that have already concluded, or via an exploited error are void.

8 Responsible Gambling

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the soda88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, software, databases, domain names and the soda88 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of soda88 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Platform content without express written permission from soda88.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, soda88, its directors, employees, agents and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive financial loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the soda88 Platform or Services.
• Losses resulting from betting outcomes, including sports wager results, casino game outcomes or any other gambling result.
• Interruption of service, data loss or system failure caused by factors outside soda88's reasonable control, including third-party infrastructure failure, payment processor delays or telecommunications disruption.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain secure login credentials or to report a security concern promptly.
• Content, information or services provided by third parties accessible through or in connection with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

soda88 may suspend, restrict, freeze or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it reasonably believes that:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Account holder has provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.
• Fraudulent, abusive or colluded activity has occurred on the Account.
• Continued operation of the Account would pose a financial, legal or reputational risk to soda88.
• A regulatory authority or competent legal body has directed soda88 to close or restrict the Account.

Upon termination, any verified Real Money balance that is confirmed as belonging legitimately to the Account holder may be returned subject to the completion of identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering conditions. Bonus Funds credited during a breached promotional cycle will be forfeited.

Users may voluntarily close their Account by contacting soda88 support. Pending withdrawal requests and verified balances will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which soda88 is legally constituted and licensed, as referenced in the Platform's operator information.

In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to contact soda88 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to the applicable regulatory body or arbitration process specified by the relevant licensing authority.

Regardless of this clause, nothing herein prevents any User from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where such relief is available under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

soda88 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, soda88 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice through a prominent Platform notification. However, continued access to or use of soda88 Services following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes without requiring explicit acknowledgement.
